Terms & Conditions

Domestic delivery takes 10 – 15 days. Delivery time exclude payment verification & administrative processes.
If there is a delay in manufacturing , we can take up to 25 business days.
Item is mailed out within 48 hours upon payment verification excludes weekends & public holidays .
Delivery is trackable and 100% insured.
Customer or addressee (anyone living at the address ) will be required to sign for the package at the door.
If no one is at home/offfice to recive it , a redelivery will be attempted upto 2 more times . You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for redelivery.
As soon as the order is shipped we will send a detailed message with name of courrier company and tracking number . It’s customer duty to follow up with the courier company after that we can just. Help Them with exacts of order along with its location.

All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. Once the Krishika Kreation pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).
