Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
- Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
- All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
- As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. Once the Krishika Kreation pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).
Return & Exchange Process
- Request: Contact us via email at support@krishikakreation.com or Phone/WhatsApp at +91-9205446070 to start the process
- Pickup: We will arrange a pickup from your address within 48 hours.
- Packaging: Please reuse the original packaging.
- Condition: Ensure items are in their original condition, with labels and tags intact, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. ( We will replace the item if the requested size is available in stock)
- Processing: Once we receive and verify the item, we’ll process your exchange or return within 10-15 day.
